To ensure a clear and fair process, we have outlined our refund policy below, detailing the conditions under which refunds may be issued and the steps you need to take to request a refund.
Refunds are only applicable under the exceptional circumstances outlined below, which we will prioritize for approval.
Refunds will not be provided for user errors, such as accidental purchases or misinterpretation of service features.
If you subscribed or made in-app purchases on the Pica AI App using your Apple or Google account, you should request a refund or cancel your subscription directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play, without contacting Pica AI. We can't request a refund on your behalf or issue one because the Apple or Google Store manages your payments directly.
If you subscribed or purchased credits on the Pica AI website through Stripe or PayPal, please request a refund on the Feedback page. Be sure to include your transaction details and a clear explanation of the reason for your refund request. Pica AI will review your request and determine eligibility based on the criteria outlined above. While we strive to process all requests promptly, we usually require 72 hours for a response. In some extraordinary cases, we may take more time to process your request.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
